Yes the odds of finding all the necessary fossils for that, and finding them intact enough to be able to identify them, and finding every single one, or even enough fossils where there are few gaps, for any given species, is infinitesimal! No scientist worth his weight in microscopes would EXPECT to find that! Not to mention that the change, or adaptation between successive transitional stages, may be negligible!
But that isn’t mentioned in your little video.
